Daniela Jones

BIOGRAPHY

Daniela is a graduate of Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Daniela gained experience in the music industry during internships at Warner Chappell Music and Universal Music Publishing Group. Daniela was a member of Southwestern’s Entertainment & The Arts Clinic where she gained experience in drafting agreements.

While at Southwestern Law School, she was a competitor for the Negotiation Honors Program and staffer on the Journal of International Law. In her third year of law school, Daniela was the Chair of the Board for the Negotiation Honors Program. Daniela is still involved with the Negotiation Honors Program and volunteers to judge negotiation competitions.

Prior to joining LaPolt Law, Daniela was an associate at a boutique law firm that represented artists and record labels in transactional matters and producers and influencers in litigating claims regarding their intellectual property.

Daniela works with LaPolt Law’s music and social media influencer clients. Daniela negotiates and drafts side artist agreements, producer agreements, mixer agreements, management agreements, and endorsement and sponsorship agreements.

In her free time, Daniela fosters dogs and enjoys rollerblading at the beach.
